Above all, we want satisfied customers and we will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event of a dispute, you should be aware of our returns policy, as set out below.
Beagle operates a 30 day returns policy. Any product may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, providing that it has not been used. After this date, please contact us to see if we are able to arrange a refund or exchange.
Faulty products may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 6 months after the despatch date. We reserve the right to make a charge to replace or repair a faulty product after this date.
In all cases a valid proof of purchase is required for any return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please do not post any items to us before you have contacted us to arrange a return. If you have not arranged a return you may be liable for any postage costs involved in the repatriation of your item to you, the customer.
Unless it is accepted that the item(s) are faulty, have been supplied in error, or the original notification was within 7 days of receipt of the items, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item(s) to us.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in good order. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
